Men's Stag Night Format:2007

    Dues and Prizes:

  1. A stag night member is defined as any person who wishes to regularly participate in stag night, as per rules and conditions contained herein.

  2. Stag night dues will be as follows: a full payment of $40 will be due by the second Thursday of May. If you bring a guest, his nightly fee will be $3. Green fees will be $13.

  3. Nightly Prizes will be given out for Golfing Skills as well as nightly draws.  Amount of draws to be determined by the committee.

  4. Nightly 50/50 draw will be held to build the funds to cover the cost of the Year End Closing Dinner.

  5. Points: Each point will be assigned a value of total points divided by the amount of money left in the pot after all expenses have been taken out, such as dinner etc...  Points will be determined by the score that you submit matched against the sliding scale.  Max points are 10 with the Min being 6.

  6. Stag members who enter scores for at least 80% of scheduled games will equally share in closing night dinner and prizes. Lose your worst score if you play 23 games.

  7. Members and or guests who are absent after golfing that evening will receive a prize for their "Golfing Skills" but must be present to receive a nightly draw voucher.

Play:

  1. Season commencing on April 22 to September 23. Tee-off times begin at 1:00pm

  2. Members and guests are encouraged to book Tee-off times up to 1 week in advance.

  3. Any member may play in advance for points if he will be absent on stag night.  If he finds that he can play on stag night, his advanced score will be cancelled.  A separate pre-play sheet will be used to register for advanced scores, and will be located in the pro-shop.

  4. To encourage players who do not have a regular club handicap, a separate stag night handicap will be established.  This handicap is for stag night only and will be based on stag night scores handed in each week.

Closing Dinner:

To be held on October 2nd and members must sign-up in advance.  A person indicating attendance at the final dinner could have his prize reduced by the cost of his dinner should he not attend.
